STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Homegrown Timber (Rail) Limited Railway Safety Case operates on a midweek and weekend basis. Midweek period being based on 10-hour shifts and Weekends based on 12-hour shifts regardless of day or night.

Any shift that may start or finish on a bank holiday (excluding Christmas Day / Boxing Day and New Years Day) will be subject to an additional uplift cost of 40% over and above the shift / hourly rate.

Any shift that starts or finishes on Christmas Day / Boxing Day or New Years Day will be subject to an additional payment above the normal shift / hourly rate as agreed between the client and Homegrown Timber (Rail) Limited.

Work under the Homegrown Timber (Rail) Limited (HTR) Railway Safety Case will require that the following conditions be met:

All plant is hired under current CPA Model Conditions for the Hiring of Plant (with effect from July 2001) and the following conditions apply to our quote:

Cancellation following a request for resources in connection with the above-mentioned quotation will be subject to the following charges:

Where Sunday Night Shifts extend due to emergencies and the like, we reserve the right to charge for downtime on Monday.

Our quotations are open for a period of 60 days from the date of each individual quotation. We look forward to receiving instructs before the commencement of work.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the plant access / egress is an authorised access point and that it is suitable to access / egress the plant.
